Steps for Implementing Consultations:

• Defining the consultation framework and signing a contract thereof;

• Preparing a study plan;

• Collecting information;

• Analyzing the information;

• Making recommendations, drafting proposals and providing solutions;

• Shaping the final report;

• Discussing the final report to be approved by the General Department for Consultations, then by his Excellency, the Director General of the IPA;

• Providing the recipient organization or agency with a copy of the report;

• Assisting, in certain cases and upon the request of the organization, in the implementation of the consultation through specialized consultative teams.
