Dr. Al-Shagawi Participated in the Fourth Symposium of Institutes of Public Administration and Administrative Development in Kuwait

His Excellency Dr. Abdurrahman Ibn Abdullah Al-Shagawi, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) will participate in the Fourth Symposium of Institutes of Public Administration and Administrative Development under the title, "Development of Consultative Work at the Institutes of Public Administration and Administrative Development in GCC Countries," to be held in the city of Kuwait on the 21st  and 22nd of April, 2011.  His Excellency will be accompanied by His Excellency D. Musa'ed Al-Faryan, General Director of Consultations; His Excellency D. Bandar Al-Sajjan, General Director of Planning and Development; and Mr. Muhammad Al-Mash'ouf, director of Dr. Al-Shagawi's office.
