The IPA Is to Reorganize and Restructure the General Presidency of Youth Welfare

His Royal Highness Prince Nawwaf Ibn Faisal Ibn Fahd Ibn Abdulaziz received in his office His Excellency Dr. Abdurrahman Al-Shagawi, the IPA Director General.  His Royal Highness welcomed His Excellency and commended the efforts of the IPA to train and qualify Saudi nationals through the academic and applied programs and sessions it offered to meet employment needs in all government agencies.

At the meeting HRH the General President of Youth Welfare and His Excellency the IPA Director General agreed to form an IPA work team to study the administrative and organizational restructuring of the Presidency in the light of new developments in the fields of youth affairs and sports.  The aim of this undertaking is to make a developmental, qualitative leap in the capabilities and organization of the Presidency's administrative system, reach optimal performance efficiency, and keep up with new approaches of development of the youth and sports sector on the local, regional, and international levels.  The undertaking also aims at improving the performance efficiency of the Presidency's staff, taking into consideration the major tasks performed by the Presidency to serve. young people, who form a large portion of the Saudi society.

It was also agreed to have the IPA organize specialized courses for employees of the Presidency and affiliated agencies.  The courses are to focus on modern sports administration and on developing leadership cadres in all fields of sports specialization and on the development of sports sector resources through the investment in, and utilization of, modern instruments of job performance in order to raise the levels of efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of the Presidency's administrative departments​
