Articles 4 and 5 of the Institute’s
statute made the IPA Board of Directors
the governing authority for the conduct
of its business and affairs. It has been
given all authority necessary to achieve
its objectives. The Board also has the
authority to make all the by-laws and
issue instructions needed for the smooth
running of the Institute. The Board of
Directors consists of the following:
