Leadership Evaluation
​​ The process of identifying administrative leaders is one of the most effective and important administrative practices. This will be accomplished through the​ use of scientific, professional, dependable, and highly credible frameworks. This is because it has a significant impact on the vitality and quality of the organization's work. The Academy for Developing Administrative Leaders has developed a scientific method for evaluating administrative leaders based on Saudi culture and its various variables. The Academy hopes that the outputs and reports of the process will help decision-makers identify and select leaders with the potential to succeed, as well as identify their developmental needs from a scientific perspective.
Importance of evaluating administrative leaders
The Academy employs objective, reliable, and highly credible scientific standards and mechanism to evaluate administrative leaders with the aim of:
  • Enabling decision-makers to identify and select human cadres with the potential to succeed in their current and future roles.
  • Identifying employee strengths and areas for improvement (the competency gap) so that employees’ development plans can be implemented.​

  • Adaptation of the "Korn Ferry" company's psychometric tools with the Saudi Competencies Framework, based on a study conducted by the Academy to identify and document the leadership competencies of Saudi Arabia's government sector leaders in light of Saudi Vision 2030.
  • Existence of number of IPA employees with advanced degrees in evaluation and measurement:
    • A group of (7) IPA employees were granted an accredited evaluator license by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and RQTU registration. They are entitled to use functional tests in assessing abilities and personality.
    • A group of (8) IPA employees were awarded an accredited evaluator certificate from Korn Ferry Company, allowing them to manage evaluation centers.
