Psychometric Evaluation
​ In Arabic, "psychometry" is made up of two syllables: "Psycho," which means "myself," and "Metro," which means "measure" in Greek.
The following tools were used to carry out the administrative leaders' psychometric assessment:
    General cognitive ability test ..
    • The purpose of this test is to assess the candidate's abilities in three areas: verbal, numerical, and logical reasoning. Their ability to learn is reflected in their performance on this test, as high performers benefit more from training and development opportunities than others. This is also positively related to training and development effectiveness.
    Leadership traits questionnaire ..
    • The purpose of this questionnaire is to measure a candidate's work-related behavioral and personal style. The survey’s findings shall reveal how people think about their own work behaviors and preferences.
    360 degree evaluation..
    • This evaluation focuses on measuring the candidate's behavioral and personal characteristics in the workplace from both his and other’s perspectives (immediate manager, colleagues, and subordinates). The 360-degree questionnaire is an important developmental tool for identifying behaviors that candidates believe to have a high level of, but others do not. It is known as (the unknown points).
