Key Initiatives

Free Training Programs

Through the “Ethrae” platform, the IPA provides e-training licenses to employees and beneficiaries of societies and non-profit organizations. This initiative offers access to high-quality training programs aimed at fostering skill development and boosting performance efficiency, thereby promoting sustainability and strengthening the sector's overall impact.
Collaborating with distinguished partners and experts to offer specialized training sessions and workshops to societies and non-profit organizations. This aims to enhance the skills of professionals in the sector, thereby boosting their developmental impact.

Nonprofit Partnerships

Collaborating with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and the consulting firm Focus to deliver the “Vocational Guidance and Counseling for Persons with Disabilities” program. This initiative aims to empower individuals with disabilities by facilitating their workforce integration and contributing to their professional growth.
Collaborating with The Authority for the Care of People with Disabilities, STC, and the Qaderoon Association to deliver the "2nd edition of the Qimam Program for Empowering High-Potential Leaders" tailored for individuals with disabilities. This initiative is designed to cultivate emerging leaders and enhance their leadership skills and competencies.
Developing accessible training materials designed for individuals with visual impairments, including the conversion of diverse training portfolios into Braille, thereby, emphasizing the importance of equal learning opportunities for all.

Institutional volunteering

Offering a variety of volunteer opportunities to promote active community engagement and enabling participants to gain accredited volunteer hours. This initiative focuses on promoting a culture of civic responsibility and social participation.

Recognition and Participations

Honoring the IPA for its significant contributions at the conclusion of the second edition of "Qimam" program.
Al-Joud Humanitarian Association honors the IPA for its outstanding role in advancing institutional support and promoting community integration.
The Emir of the Eastern Region honors the IPA as a strategic partner during the 16th annual meeting of non-profit civil society organizations.
The IPA participates in the "Competence and Technical Excellence Forum" organized by the Ministry of Human Resources.
The IPA participates in the Partners for Empowering Persons with Disabilities Forum.

Other Participations

Launching awareness initiatives and hosting activities within the IPA, engaging staff members in commemorating international observances like World Breast Cancer Day and Blood Donation Day, and fostering greater community involvement in health and humanitarian efforts.
Supporting humanitarian causes for children with disabilities by periodically participating in the "Their Dreams Are Possible" campaign, in partnership with the Association for Children with Disabilities, reflects the IPA's continued commitment to fulfilling its societal responsibilities.
Hosting the "Management of Organizations in the Non-Profit Sector" forum, bringing together experts, professionals, and representatives from over 11 governmental and private entities to promote dialogue and collaboration.
