IPA and the Saudi Vision 2030

Since the launch of the Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, the IPA has significantly revised its strategic framework and redefined its pathways to align with the major national transformative goals. At the heart of this effort lies a dedication to empowering highly skilled professionals and building a proficient government workforce. The mission has been central to the IPA for more than six decades.

The IPA Role in Advancing Vision 2030
It is committed to translating the goals of Vision 2030 into actionable programs and initiatives across three key levels:
  • Government employees: the IPA offers specialized programs aimed at fostering leadership abilities, technical proficiency, and adaptive behavioral skills crucial to navigating the evolving challenges of the public sector. These programs enable employees transition from conventional roles to more innovative and entrepreneurial ones.
  • Government institutions: the IPA provides consultancy services focused on addressing structural inefficiencies and boosting overall organizational performance. Its efforts are geared towards building more transparent, accountable, and efficient operational frameworks.
  • Knowledge and research: the IPA conducts in-depth studies and assessment to thoroughly examine and analyze the state of government administration. By crafting innovative, evidence-driven solutions, it establishes itself as a reliable scientific resource for policymakers throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
