IPA and the Saudi Vision 2030

Since the launch of the Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, the IPA has significantly revised its strategic framework and redefined its pathways to align with the major national transformative goals. At the heart of this effort lies a dedication to empowering highly skilled professionals and building a proficient government workforce. The mission has been central to the IPA for more than six decades.

It is committed to translating the goals of Vision 2030 into actionable programs and initiatives across three key levels:

• Government employees: the IPA offers specialized programs aimed at fostering leadership abilities, technical proficiency, and adaptive behavioral skills crucial to navigating the evolving challenges of the public sector.
