The IPA is dedicated to fostering participation and transparency by offering beneficiaries, partners, and
stakeholders the chance to voice their thoughts and opinions on various initiatives, services, and development
projects within the IPA’s scope of work. This feedback contributes to improving these initiatives, enhancing
their quality before they are approved or executed. To achieve this, the IPA provides e-participation channels
where views and suggestions regarding consultations and surveys can be submitted, reviewed, and considered.
These insights are then used to support continuous development, enhance the beneficiary experience, and improve
decision-making quality through the Tafaaul Platform.
